Job Description:

To join our team, we are looking for a talented and seasoned digital marketing specialist with more than two years of experience. The ideal applicant will be in charge of creating and putting into practice efficient digital marketing plans to increase traffic, interaction, and conversions across a variety of digital media.

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights for optimizing digital marketing efforts.
  • Campaign Management
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging digital content across various platforms.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality content for the website, blog, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and marketing goals.

SEO and SEM:

  • Optimize website and content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and manage the company’s social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
  • Create and schedule posts, engage with the audience, and analyze performance metrics.

Email Marketing:

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Familiarity with web design and development principles is a plus.
