Anand has a track record of successes in starting micro-ventures and helping incubate them till they reach investment turnarounds. According to him the logistics chain is probably the most critical enabler for any business - whether you’re managing a complex travel fleet, or delivering pizza. Logistics connects the dots on a company’s capability and resources to optimize its reach in delivering a service or solution.

Venkataramana Asulu

Founder & Advisor

At Aswani Properties, Venkataramana brings in a wide berth of large project experience, which includes managing work teams of 5,000 to 10,000 people.

With a background that spans projects for government and civic bodies, he has managed and supervised sub-contractual work for dams, bridges, water-ways, highways and airport runways. In addition to a guiding hand in planning and operations, Venkataramana offers constructive inputs in clearing process bottlenecks, and crisis management.

Vinayak Tamse

Executive Director - Architecture & Construction

Vinayak is a senior member of the core team at Aswani Properties. He derived his industry roots in Civil Engineering, after which he found an architect’s perspective far more interesting and rewarding. Vinayak has end-to-end experience in project design and evolution.

At Aswani, he leads design, architecture, construction and project roll-outs. Vinayak’s current obsession is in reducing the footprint of the 2-BHK home to make it more affordable, and his 545 sft template is indeed a whole new perspective. Small is Beautiful.

Vinayak also heads an independent architectural firm called Tamse Associates which concentrates on single-unit housing, group housing, home interiors, corporate interiors and hospitality projects.
